Lewis Richmond | Founder and President

Lewis Richmond, founder and President of FSI, has nearly twenty five years experience in the Direct Marketing sector, as a general manager, software developer, and industry consultant. Beginning in 1983, he was for ten years Executive Vice President of Smith & Hawken, where Information Services and Inventory Planning were among his accountabilities. In 1994 the year he founded FSI, he designed the business logic and programmed the initial version of IFSO—The Inventory Forecaster, still FSI’s flagship software solution. From then until now he has continued as the primary software designer and Chief Executive of the company.

David Raycroft | VP of Client Services

David brings 20 years of Direct Marketing experience starting his career with JCPenney in 1987. Over the last 20 years David has worked in many aspects of direct marketing including Merchandising, Inventory Management Call Center Operations and Information Technology. Prior to joining Forerunner Systems Inc. David was providing strategic technology consulting services to catalog and e-commerce companies. At FSI David is responsible for Sales and Marketing, Training, Customer Satisfaction and managing the Professional Services organization at Forerunner Systems Inc.
